My roles for this project include creating tagline “At your service”, logo design, and Branding. The photography used was courtesy of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Flickr account.
Customer Experience Institute (CXi) of the Veterans Experience Office (VEO), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Washington, D.C.. The purpose of the CXi initiative is to share industry and agency best practices for customer services for the health care facilities, counseling, benefits and cemetery facilities, and the VA’s nationwide network of community health care providers.
The goal for this project was to create a branding strategy for the CXi initiative that is modern, conveys satisfaction, confidence and trust among customers. A brand that complements the mission of the CXi initiative.
